Update on Mentor-Mentee Program: OCTOBER 2024

INet’s pilot study for the mentor-mentee program was firstly launched in November 2015. Since this was a pilot study, we restricted it to a small-scale rollout with 10 pairs of mentor-mentees to allow us to closely measure success and challenges before we introduce this to a wider audience.

After a break due to
COVID-19 pandemic, we are bringing back the program in 2024 with a new partnership (https://www.scholarrescuefund.org), and we are looking forward to finding a good match for you at that time. Please reach out to us if you have any questions at info@inetnyc.com

INet NYC Mentor Network
Are you at a stage in your career that you feel like you could be of help to someone that needs guidance?
All postdoctoral fellows and Ph.D. students are welcome to join our program and serve as mentors.

When you become part of the INet NYC Mentor Network, we will provide you with your mentee's email address.
We will kindly ask the mentees to contact their mentors when they are in need of guidance / advice.
Based on your email contact, the mentor may decide to provide a phone number for a scheduled phone conversation,
or you could both decide to meet in person. Initially though - contact will be initiated by the mentee.
